Product Description

This machine mainly has the functions of positioning, laminating, and waste collection, and is used for the production of roll-to-roll multi-layer labels and booklet labels.

Characteristics:

1. Four sets of fully automatic tension, all driven by Delta servo motors, controlled by high-response tension controllers

2. The color mark alignment (SICK) and label sensor of the first layer of labels are driven by Delta servo, continuous paper feeding, and the maximum speed is 60M/min

3. The second layer of labels uses Yaskawa servo motors, color mark alignment (SICK) and label sensor positioning, synchronous host compound; positioning error is controlled within 0.2m at a speed of 60 meters.

4.The first and second layers of labels use Boxin guided automatic correction; the frame is made of aluminum profiles; stainless steel sheet metal
