320mm 7 colors full servo petal-type flexo printing machine. Each printing unit of this petal type flexo printing machine is independent and arranged horizontally in a straight line. High printing accuracy, good accessibility, flexible operation, and short preparation time before printing, all these characteristics make our petal type flexo printing machine a higher performance-price ratio than other domestic petal type machine factories in China. Let me introduce several specific configurations of this machine.
1.From the discharge to the receipt of the short distance.
2.The ceramic stick is equipped with a scraper, which is printed and moist, and had a clear color.
3.Repeatedly printing the circumference of 190.5-635mm,filling the blank of the cascading flexographic printing machine, the slanting trademark printing machine, the petal printing machine and the printing length.
4.The use of gear color to solve the 360 degree coloring device gap, assembly, wear, ect, affecting the color accuracy and printing instability.
5.From left to right:coil feeding, printing, automatic infrared drying winding a coherent completion.
6.Water-based ink (UV ink)printing,pollution-free,environmentally friendly, printing speed caries according to the network
cable, the speed is also different, the fastest speed of printing labels is 90 meters per minute.
7.Printing bills,labels,cardboard,high-grade stickers,clothing tags,ect.
8.Printing materials:paper 20-250gsm self adhesive soft coil and other materials.

1.Q:What is a flexo printing machine ?
A:flexographic (flexo) printer consists of multiple wheels that work in unison to pick up ink from an ink reservoir, deliver the ink to a printing die or plate, and roll the ink onto the material being marked.
2.Q:What is the difference between offset and flexo printing ?
A:Technically, offset printing can refer to any printing technique that uses a printing plate to transfer an image to an intermediate carrier and then onto the printed substrate. Whereas flexo transfers ink from the plate directly to the substrate.
3.Q: What material is a flexo printing plate made of ?
A:Originally, flexo plates were made from rubber, but are today made from photopolymer material in sheet form - which differentiates them from the fixed metallic printing plates of offset printing. The plates are flexible enough to be wrapped around cylindrical print/plate rollers
4.Q:Is water based printing good ?
A:Water-based printing features inks that are soft, breathable and able to soak into the fabric of the garment, rather than sitting on top. When water based printing is done correctly, they result in crisp, bright prints that you can't feel to the touch!
5.Q: How long does water based ink last ?
A:While plastisol tends to last for a hundred washes and then begin to fade, crinkle, and even chip off the garment (think of a really old t-shirt you might have) - water based inks can actually last much longer. This is because water based inks can actually become part of the garment.
6.Q:How does flexography printing work ?
A:Flexographic printing uses flexible photopolymer printing plates to print high-resolution images on a variety of substrates. These plates, which are made of rubber, are imprinted with a raised image and then wrapped around cylinders mounted on a web press.
