Carton erecting machine ia s sepcial forming machine that produces burger box, one block box, food pail box(to go box), french fries box and other related containers made by cardboard paper and corrugated paper. The machine adpot the PLC intelligent control system, automatically feeding, forming, collecting stacking as well as counting the finished products, it will automaatically stop
when there is paper jam or no paper, safe for operation.

Main Feature:
1.Produce high efficiency, it can speed up to 180pcs/min.

2.Belt drive makes the machine run without error.
3.It will automatically stop when the paper is jammed or without paper. The operation is safe and simple.
4. It adopts micro-computer,PLC,servo feeding,alternating current frequency converter ,the vacuum-sucking,auto gluing,automatic paper tape counting,chain drive. All of these main parts and electric control system adopts famous brand to guarantee steady working,precise positioning,smooth running,safety and reliability operation.
5.It can be produced lunch boxes, French fries boxes, three-dimensional boxes, hamburger boxes and other products of different specifications just by changing the mold.
